Canada – The Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (ACE) today announced that the upstart service VengeanceTV has gone offline following a cease-and-desist communication executed against the operator in January.
“ACE’s comprehensive cease-and-desist communication strategy is one of the most powerful tools we have available to us in the global fight against piracy,” said Jan van Voorn, Executive Vice President and Chief of Global Content Protection for the MPA. “New services like VengeanceTV are not immune to ACE actions.”
VengeanceTV provided customers with access to a growing selection of live domestic and international TV channels including premium channels, live events, sports, regional and local broadcasts.
